Cost of delivery.

Shipping is free if your purchase is equal to or greater than $ 500.00 MN.
For purchases under $ 500.00 MN The shipping cost will be from $ 70.00 MN depending on the method you choose.

Delivery time.

Orders that are registered in business days (Monday to Friday) before 16:00 PM, will be delivered the same business day. (For ZH and Cancun)

The orders that are registered after 16:00 PM, are processed for delivery the next business day. (For ZH and Cancun); For Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, a special rate applies, please contact us before lifting the order.

The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose at the end of your online purchase, the delivery is processed as follows:
1.- For orders before 16:00 PM, they are processed for deliveries from 1 to 2 hours after the order is completed online.
2.- For orders after 16:00 PM, they are processed for deliveries departing from 9:00 AM and the course of the day before 18:00 PM. * Restrictions apply.
3.- For the orders generated for Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, they are processed and communication is made with the client, for the delivery of the Material.
Consider that during vacation periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, within Cancun and ZH, the delivery time is longer depending on the order placed.

Shipping Address.

Any order made from our web portal, saves the delivery address, therefore it will be sent to the address you left at the end of your order.
If for any reason, you want to make a change in the delivery address; As long as the order has not been shipped, it will be possible, however, it would probably change the estimated delivery time.
In case of not being at home, the attention telephone call will be made; to contact them and proceed with the delivery of the same. If it is not successful, we proceed to leave a notification, informing that the material or product is returned to our warehouses.

Therefore, once delivery is agreed, the material or product will be resent again, covering a second shipping cost.

Method of delivery.

We will use internal logistics delivery services and / or where appropriate services of certified parcel companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack or UPS. 

Shipping notification.

When your order is approved and your payment is validated, we will notify you via email, message or WhatsApp (depending on your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order.
